Q: When will my item ship?

A: We ship Monday-Friday same day if you order by 3:00 pm cst. or next day if after. Weekend shipments will be shipped on Monday. Exceptions are holidays and inclement weather.

Q: Does the company accept returns?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges, 
however if you encounter an issue, please 
contact us.

Q: My order was lost or stolen. What should I do?


A: We do not replace or refund lost 
packages. Please be sure that your address 
is accurate. Also be sure to include apt or 
unit numbers/letters. However, you may 
file a claim with USPS by going to 
www.usps.com/domestic-claims.
